Who we are
This website is run by AI Nocturne (“we”, “us”). We are the controller of the personal data described below. You can reach us at hello@ainocturne.com.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us through the contact form or by email:
- your name and email address;
- your company (optional) and the topic you selected;
- the message you write.
The site does not have user accounts, and we do not sell personal data.
Why we use it
To read and reply to your message, and to discuss working together. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries you send us (and, where you are asking for a service, steps taken at your request before a contract).
Who processes it
- Email delivery. Contact-form messages are delivered to us by an email service provider (Resend) acting on our behalf.
- Hosting. Our hosting provider processes standard technical data (such as IP address and request logs) to serve the site and keep it secure.
These providers may process data outside your country. Where that happens we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If we add analytics later, we will update this page first and ask for consent where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries only as long as needed to respond and follow up, and delete them after that unless we start working together, in which case we keep what is needed for the project and our legal obligations.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to withdraw consent. Email us at hello@ainocturne.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. You can also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
